New Skype Video App

Skype is dipping its toes into the social messaging waters with the release of a new video app this week called Qik. According to Recode, Qik is a "lightweight, video-only messaging app that allows users to send quick snippets of video (up to 42 seconds long) to a friend or group of friends." The video messages are self contained within the app, and can only be shared with other Qik users. Read more on Skype's new video messaging app here.
