Internet TV Obstacles

ReCode posted an insightful article this week highlighting some of the obstacles Internet TV may face in its ongoing disruption of the traditional television model. Two of the major 'stumbling blocks' that streaming online TV services may encounter in their campaign to convince the 100 million + US cable/satellite subscribers to cut the cord include: cable's ability to introduce "micro-bundles", and cable's exclusive access to the majority of live sports.
