Google Adding 'Buy' Button?

It was reported this week that Google could be adding a "buy" button to search results sometime within the next few weeks. According to sources, the buttons would automatically generate next to mobile search results, and direct users who click them to a products page for order customization, payment etc. According to Mashable, "the products will still be sold by independent retailers (not Google) — and Google does not plan on taking a cut from each purchase".
