Pinterest Unveils Buy Button

Last week Pinterest made a big move with the launch of "Buyable Pins", which will allow users to directly purchase things directly from the company's partners. The Pins will launch later this month in partnership with Stripe (who handles payments), and there will be no fees for buyers and merchants who participate. According to Ben Silbermann,"Pinterest has partnered with retailers like Macy's and Nordstroms to stock Pinterest with "millions of products," as well as working with tens of thousands of local brands and merchants".
