HBO Coming to Verizon Wireless

This week Verizon Wireless announced that they will be offerinf HBO as a standalone subscription to their 100 million + customers. HBO Now will likely debut for Verizon Wireless users this fall, and if if users sign up for "HBO Now today, and they'll get the standard $15/month pricing and 30-day free trial HBO has offered everywhere else." According to Recode, this does not mean that HBO Now will be featured on Verizon's upcoming OTT video service, and instead HBO may just offer samples of its programming in the same way it does for YouTube and Facebook.
