According to reports last week, the release of Apple's live TV service will be delayed until sometime in 2016. The pushback stems from delays with licensing negotiations with TV networks like CBS and 21st Century Fox, and problems with Apple's computer network capacity (which is critical to ensure a quality viewing experience). According to sources, the main obstacle for Apple right now is "the price of content". But even though Apple's live TV won't debut, the company still plans to unveil the new Apple TV set-top box @ their upcoming Sept. 9th event.
