Major label revenue for the first half of 2015 was just analyzed by MBW, and Universal Music Group unsurprisingly leads the pack with claims to about 43% of income. The revenue analysis included reported income from UMG, Warner Music Group and Sony Music, who trailed behind UMG with 36.6% of the revenue from Q1 and Q2. Based on MBW's "calculations using historic exchange rates from July 1st 2014, UMG's share has been reduced slightly from 41.8% in H1 2014, while Sony and WMG's have each grown slightly."
