New Spotify/Apple Music Subscriber #s

The Financial Times reported new subscriber numbers for Spotify and Apple Music this week. Apple Music claims 10 million subscribers - an impressive figure for a service that is less than a year old. And Spotify announced that after passing the 20 million subscriber mark last June, they had their "fastest growth ever" in the second half of 2015 (which puts them at an estimated 25-30 million subscribers). "Although it's far behind Spotify, Apple Music's limited window makes its rush to 10 million subscribers an impressive feat.
