SoundCloud Adds Radio Feature

This week SoundCloud added a new radio feature called "Stations", which will feature an unlimited stream of music based on user input (track name, search terms, etc.). SoundCloud's major goals with this new feature are to help them better utilize data acquired through their popular 'Related Tracks' feature, and help users discover tracks based on music that they already like. According to sources, the addition of the radio feature is likely part of an ongoing effort to establish a premium tier, which Soundcloud cannot offer until they "establish a baseline service where it's at least on par with the rest of the streaming music market."
