Twitch's Impressive User #s

Video game streaming site Twitch released some impressive info this week, touting over half a million concurrent users who tune in to watch videos. And the users that are tuning in to Twitch are watching more videos per month (421.6 minutes) than the average YouTube user (291 minutes). Twitch's increasing viewer numbers may be due in part to the platform's recent expansion beyond gaming content "into "creative" videos adjacent to the gaming space, including things like painting, illustrations, songs, costumes and even glass blowing."
