Magic Leaps Secretive VR Tech

Magic Leap finally shed some light on its uber-secret virtual reality tech this week, via a fascinating article on the startup by Wired. The article revealed several important details about the company's augmented reality glasses, and how they might compare to Microsoft's HoloLens product. According to the article, the 2 products are similar in the sense that (among other things) they both project images to users in the same way, have a narrow field of view, allow users to focus on close objects, and both are not wireless. Unfortunately for consumers though, the release of the exciting and highly anticipated piece of VR tech from Magic Leap is "still a ways off".
