Deezer to Offer Artists Marketing

This week music streaming service Deezer announced a partnership with native music ad platform Feature.fm. The partnership will allow Deezer to offer artists affordable marketing, making them the first on-demand music streaming service to do so. Through Feature.fm's ad technology, artists on Deezer will be able to promote their content directly within Deezer's platform, with the goal of turning paid plays into organic plays and viral interest. According to Feature.fm CEO Lior Aharoni, "The way people listen to the radio has changed and our mission is to be the new radio promotion tool in the music streaming era, allowing talented artists of any size to get airplay where people now consume music."
