Top Teen Video Consumption Platforms

An interesting new study on teen video consumption habits was released this week - revealing that for the first time ever, teens are watching YouTube more than cable TV daily. But neither of those platforms is the most popular among teens for video viewing... Netflix actually topped the list with 37% of those surveyed saying they visit the site on a daily basis (compared to YouTube at 26%, and cable TV at 25%). According to TubeFilter, "The rise of YouTube at cable TV's expense is a well-studied trend that has led to a seismic shift in the distribution of marketing dollars."
