The Google E-Bookstore

Google launched its e-bookstore the first week of on Monday December 6th.  They join Amazon, Apple, Barnes & Noble and Borders in the now-crowded electronic book market.  Google lunched their bookstore with apps for the iPhone, iPad, Nook and, of course, their own Android operating system.  So what is Google's unique proposition?  It's a tie-in with independent bookstores.  Google is allowing independent bookstores to sell Goggle e-books through the bookstores' own websites.
