One Area Where Facebook Lags

Facebook may be the darlings of Wall Street, but Amazon - and others - still dominates Facebook when it comes to the amount of revenue generated per user. Businessinsider.com put together a chart showing the revenue generated per user for various large sites. Amazon was the runaway winner at $168/user. Facebook earns $4 per user. Here are the figures for other popular platforms:
