Facebook Credits Are Mandatory

According to TechCrunch, Facebook is about to make its Facebook Credits feature mandatory for all game developers. Some game publishers, such as Zynga (makers of Farmville) have their own virtual currencies within their games. While Facebook will continue to allow this to exist, only items sold using Facebook Credits will show up in the Facebook Games dashboard. Facebook gets a 30% cut of everything purchased with Facebook Credits.
