The sound of the ocean.
The caress of a breeze.
The warmth of the sun.
The feel of rain.
The magnificence of sunrise.
The wonder of the stars.
These are things that we all universally have experienced and enjoyed at one point or another.
Nature is free.
It is accessible to everyone.And, if we let it, it takes us out of our busy minds and brings us into the moment.
It awes us.
It inspires us.
It humbles us.
It soothes us.It reminds us there is something bigger.
It reminds us the moment is now.
It reminds us it is all connected and that there is some intelligence between how things
work and why they work they way they do.It gives us permission to surrender.
To the moment.
To beauty.
To imagination.
To wonder.
To Faith.
It is our most precious mental, emotional and spiritual resource,
and yet, we don't give it the respect nor reverence it deserves.
We take what we want, and pay no heed to what is left behind, nor to the order and balance that we upset.
Spoiled children are we. -
