We Are All Content Creators

I've stated in the past that we are all influencers.

The way we show up in the world, through actions, words and energy influences others and has a ripple effect. It's important to be mindful of what we are transmitting.

In addition to being influencers, a lot of us don't realize that we are also content creators.

We tend to think that our life creates us, rather than the other way around.

The truth of the matter is that life does, in fact, hand us a certain script with a certain cast of characters. The production doesn't end there however.

We are not only the star of our script, we get to be the director.

Our reaction to certain plot points, will determine what comes next.

It's like the "Choose Your Own Ending" books we had as kids.

This realization is powerful, yet it can also be overwhelming.

Sometimes it may seem easier to think of ourselves as a victim of circumstance or happenstance, rather than an active participant in the story of our lives.

This is where courage comes in.

We need to be brave enough to handle what is put in our path and make choices that align with our own greater good, and the good of those around us.

While we can't control everything, ultimately we can control ourselves if we choose to do so.
